What it surfaces

Today B2BPro already listens to all of your bank account transactions in read-only mode and automatically offsets incoming payments against the relevant customer account. Reconciliation Anomaly Detection adds a layer of oversight on top of that flow: it notices items that look duplicated, that matched to an unusual customer account, that came in at an unexpected amount, or that never matched at all, and it brings them to your attention. To be clear, this feature is not live yet; it is in development during early access. The operating principle is straightforward: the AI only flags items and suggests an explanation. It never changes a record on its own and never moves money. You are always the one who decides whether to review a suspicious item, correct it, or set it aside.

Clear suggestions, the decision is yours

Every suggestion is yours to approve, edit or dismiss. B2BPro AI suggests, you decide.

Wanted to flag this for you: the ₺12,480 transfer that came in today arrived with the reference that always matches Demir Bayilik, but this time it appears to have been offset against a different customer account. Want to check it?

The same amount and the same receipt number appear to have been processed as two separate collections; this could be a duplicate entry. Your call: if it is, you may want to reverse one of them.

Yildiz Toptan usually pays around ₺5,000; this time ₺47,500 came in. I flagged it because the amount is unusual. If it is not a wrong match, you can ignore it.

Three transfers that came in yesterday have not matched to any customer account yet and may be sitting open. We can look at them together; you approve the matching.

I could not find a counterpart for this bank transaction on the statement, so it looks like an unexpected item. I am only flagging it; I have made no changes.

Why it matters

Catches unmatched items

It detects transfers that could not be linked to a customer account during automatic offset, collections left open, and movements with no counterpart on the bank statement. Instead of spending days hunting for items that slipped through, you get them in a single consolidated list.

Duplicate and unexpected amount alerts

It flags cases where the same payment appears to have been processed twice, amounts far outside the norm for a given customer account, and unusual matches. For example, when a dealer who always pays the same amount sends a different one this time, it draws your attention to it.

The decision and approval stay with you

The assistant only places a flag and explains why it is suspicious; it does not undo an offset, change the customer account, or close a collection. Next to each flag, you make the call: 'correct, fix it' or 'no problem, ignore it.'

Read-only and KVKK-aware

The B2BPro bank integration only listens to transactions, and the AI works on that read-only data without moving money. Your data belongs to you, it is not used to train models shared with other businesses, and it is processed in line with KVKK (Law 6698).

How it works

1

Transactions are listened to read-only

B2BPro reads your bank account transactions and your automatic offset and collection records in read-only mode, just as it does today. Anomaly detection is layered onto this existing data flow; it requires no separate connection and no new authorization.

2

Unusual items get flagged

By comparing against your past matching patterns, the AI flags items such as duplicate entries, unexpected amounts, unmatched transfers, and suspicious customer account matches. Each flag comes with a plain explanation of why it stood out.

3

You review and decide

You go through the flagged items on a single screen, read the assistant's note, and make the call: go to the relevant record to fix it, or close the flag by marking it 'no problem.' No step moves forward without your approval.

4

Your reconciliation closes clean

With the items reviewed and resolved, your period-end customer account and bank reconciliation moves toward closing without errors slipping past. A record is kept of which flag was resolved, by whom, and how.

Frequently asked questions

Is this feature available right now?+

Not yet. Reconciliation Anomaly Detection is in development during early access; it is not offered as a live feature. This page honestly explains how it will work once it ships. If you become a B2BPro customer today, when the feature launches it is included in your plan as a free usage tier with early, pre-launch access rights.

Does the AI correct the offset or move money on its own?+

No. The assistant only flags unusual items and explains why it is suspicious. It does not change any record, undo an offset, close a collection, or move any money. The B2BPro bank integration already listens read-only, and the AI stays within that boundary. The correction and the approval are always yours.

Is my data safe, and are models trained on it?+

Your data belongs to you and is not used to train models shared with other businesses. The feature is developed in line with the principles of Law 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), with the confidentiality of your bank and customer account data in mind. The assistant reviews read-only data solely to flag items and explain them.

What happens if a flagged item is a false alarm?+

Every flag is a suggestion, not a verdict. If an item is actually fine, you close the flag by marking it 'no problem' and nothing in the record changes. The goal is to bring items that could slip past to your attention; the final say is always yours.
