B2BPro works in integration with the ERP and pre-accounting programs widely used in Turkey, foremost Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, Paraşüt, ETA, Dia, Akınsoft, and Vega. The moment an order is approved, the invoice/delivery note is created in accounting, the customer account balance is reduced, and inventory is reserved; when payment is received, the collection is posted to the relevant customer account. The entire flow runs in the background without manual copy-and-paste.

Set up the ERP connection

You select the ERP/accounting software you use (Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Paraşüt, etc.) and enter your API or integration service details into the panel. Once the connection is verified, the bridge becomes active.

Map your data

Customer account cards, product/inventory codes, price lists, and warehouse codes are mapped between B2BPro and the ERP. You decide which data flows in which direction (from ERP to B2B / from B2B to ERP).

Start two-way synchronization

Inventory and pricing flow from the ERP to the panel, and orders and collections flow from the panel to the ERP, in real time. On order approval, the invoice/delivery note is created in accounting and the customer account balance is updated.

Monitor and report

You track synchronization status, transferred records, and any errors from a single panel; you obtain customer account, inventory, and sales reports in a way that is consistent across both systems.
