Payment Gateway Management
Customer-account-based payment gateway and commission rate definitions.
Companies in wholesale and dealer sales route each customer's collection to the right payment provider. For every dealer or customer account, you define a separate payment gateway (iyzico, PayTR, Sipay, and connected virtual POS terminals) along with the commission rate for that gateway. A dealer's card payment goes to the most cost-effective gateway, and the entire commission burden is reported transparently on a single screen.
It is well suited to distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers who work with multiple payment providers, apply different commission policies to different dealer groups, or want to track commission costs at the customer-account level. It works in integration with the Collection, Customer Account, and Dealer Payment Link modules; you can always monitor which customer account paid, through which gateway, and at what commission the collection was made.
What you gain with Payment Gateway Management
Customer-account-based payment gateway
Assign a different payment provider/virtual POS to each dealer or customer-account group. Collect from one customer account via iyzico and another via PayTR or Sipay. The setup stays defined on the customer account card, so you make no manual selection at the moment of payment.
You set the commission rate
Define the commission rate for each gateway and installment option. As it takes the payment, the system calculates the net amount and the commission burden based on this rate. There is no risk of surprise costs or incorrect offsets.
Automatic routing
Payments are routed to the most suitable gateway according to the rule defined for the customer account. If one gateway does not respond, an alternative gateway takes over. The burden of failed collections and manual routing is reduced.
Transparent commission reports
Report which customer account paid, through which gateway, and at what commission the collection was made, broken down by customer account, gateway, and period. Compare your commission costs across gateways and make negotiation and pricing decisions based on data.
Compliance and security
Collections are processed with 3D Secure. The module runs on B2BPro infrastructure that is compliant with KVKK (Turkey's data protection law), PCI DSS, and ISO 27001. Card data is not stored in your system; it is processed directly at the licensed payment provider.
Installments and multiple virtual POS
Offer installment options based on the customer account or amount; manage multiple banks' virtual POS terminals in a single flow.
Frequently asked questions
How do I define a payment gateway and commission rate for a customer account?
From the customer account card or customer-account group, you select the relevant payment gateway (iyzico, PayTR, Sipay, etc.) and define that gateway's commission rate and applicable installment options. Once you save the definition, all card collections from that customer account are processed according to this setup. You do not need to make a separate selection for each payment.
Which companies is this module suitable for?
It is suitable for wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and companies that sell through a dealer network and work with multiple payment providers/virtual POS terminals, apply different commission policies to different dealer groups, or want to track commission costs at the customer-account level. Smaller setups working with a single gateway can also use it for commission reporting.
How does automatic routing work?
For each customer account, you define a priority gateway and optional alternative gateways. When a collection is initiated, the payment is sent to the appropriate gateway according to the defined priority. If the priority gateway does not respond or fails, the alternative gateway takes over when one is defined. Failed collections are reduced, and you do not handle routing manually.
How does it work with the Collection, Customer Account, and Dealer Payment Link modules?
Payment gateway definitions are fed from the customer account card in the Customer Account module, completed collections flow into the Collection module and are offset against the customer account balance. The payment links you send via Dealer Payment Link also use the customer-account-based gateway and commission rule defined in this module. The commission on collections received through the link appears in the same report as well.
Is there integration with payment providers and ERP/accounting systems?
Yes. The module is integrated with payment providers such as iyzico, PayTR, and Sipay, and their connected virtual POS terminals. You can transfer collection and commission records to ERP/accounting systems such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt. Commission expenses and collection movements stay consistent with your accounting.
