How do I define a conditional discount in B2BPro?
In the module, you create a new discount rule and select the condition (cart amount, item quantity, product group, customer account, or channel) and the discount type (percentage, fixed amount, tiered discount). After setting the validity date, the target dealer group, and the upper limit, you publish the rule. Once the rule is active and the relevant dealer places an order, the discount is applied to the cart automatically, with no need to enter the discount manually.
What is the difference between a cart campaign and a conditional discount?
A conditional discount directly lowers the price when a condition is met (e.g., 8% on orders over 100,000 TL). A cart campaign, on the other hand, offers an incentive based on the composition of the cart: 'buy X pay Y', gift products, package pricing, or an extra discount on the second item. You can use both together and control how they behave in the same cart through priority and combinability rules.

Rebate bonuses are calculated to be posted to Customer Account Management; in field orders, the Field Sales module uses the same campaigns. You ensure consistent pricing across web, mobile, and field channels.
Are campaign data transferred to the ERP/accounting system?
Yes. The applied discount and campaign amounts are recorded in order and invoice line items. These data are transferred through B2BPro's ERP/accounting integrations such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt, and work in harmony with your existing accounting and reporting workflow. Rebate amounts are also reported in a format to be reflected in customer accounts.
