At B2BPro Yazılım ("B2BPro") we care about your privacy. This policy explains what data we process and how, for what purposes, with whom we share it, and your rights, when you visit our website (b2bpro.com.tr) and use our dealer sales/collection platform. 2. Data We Collect
- Form data: name, company, phone, email and message you provide in contact/demo forms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring link and server logs.
- Cookie data: data collected through cookies used for site functionality and measurement.
- Customer/contract data: contract, billing, support and account information arising when you use our services.
3. How We Use Data
- To respond to your requests and questions, plan demos and provide quotes,

5. Third Parties and Sharing
Your data may be shared, only to the extent required by the service and under confidentiality obligations, with the following categories of parties:
- Infrastructure providers: hosting, email and analytics services.
- Integration partners: banks, payment institutions, ERP/accounting and shipping companies (only for the services you connect).
- Legal authorities: authorised public bodies and judicial authorities upon request.
Payment security: Card details are not stored by B2BPro. The payment step takes place on the secure infrastructure of PCI DSS-certified licensed payment institutions (iyzico, PayTR, Sipay, etc.), directly on the bank's screen, and is verified with 3D Secure.
6. Customer Data on the Platform
Our customers may process data about their own dealers, customers and employees on the B2BPro platform. For such data the relevant customer company is the data controller; B2BPro processes it only on the customer's instructions and within the scope of the contract, as a "data processor", and does not use it for its own purposes.
7. Data Security
To protect your data we apply 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption, role-based access authorisation, logging and regular security measures. Our processes are designed to be in line with KVKK, PCI DSS and ISO 27001 principles.
8. Retention Period
We keep your data only for as long as required by the processing purpose and the statutory retention periods in the relevant legislation; afterwards we delete, destroy or anonymise it.
9. International Transfers
Some of the infrastructure and analytics providers we use may have servers located abroad. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK with the necessary safeguards in place.
10. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have rights such as accessing, correcting and deleting your data, knowing about transfers and objecting to processing. For details and the application method, see our KVKK Information Notice.
11. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at persons under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
