How do I set account-level pricing and payment options?
You open the relevant customer account card and define an account-specific price list, discount rate, payment term, and payment gateway. When the dealer places an order or a payment link is created, the system applies these settings automatically; you can apply different conditions to different dealers without entering them line by line.
How do I run the customer account reconciliation process?
From the reconciliation screen, you select the period and the customer account; the system generates a balance statement for each dealer and sends it in bulk by email or secure link. The dealer approves or disputes the statement, and the response is recorded and tracked in B2BPro.
