With Dealer Payment Link, your dealers collect remotely from their own end customers. The dealer shares a payment link via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or QR code; the end customer pays by card after passing 3D Secure verification, and the amount lands directly in your system. The dealer closes the sale digitally without handling cash or wire transfers, and you see every transaction in real time.
The module was developed for distributors, manufacturers, and wholesalers who collect sales on behalf of their dealers. The dealer does not need pre-accounting infrastructure, a virtual POS, or a payment institution agreement; you provide the collection infrastructure. By defining customer-account-based commission on the collected amount, you apply a different rate for each dealer and have revenue sharing calculated automatically.

How is a dealer payment link created and sent?
From the dealer panel, a payment link is generated with a single click by entering an amount, a description, and a due date if needed. The dealer sends this link to the end customer via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or QR code. The end customer clicks the link, completes the payment by card on the 3D Secure screen, and the collection lands in the system instantly.
Who is this module suitable for?
It is suitable for manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors that sell to end customers through their dealers, distributors, or field teams. Any business that wants to offer remote card-based collection to dealers who do not have their own virtual POS or payment institution agreement can use it.
Does the dealer need to see or store card details?
No. The end customer enters card details only on the bank-side 3D Secure payment screen; the data is stored neither by the dealer nor by you. The infrastructure complies with PCI DSS, KVKK (Turkey's data protection law), and 3D Secure standards; the dealer sees only the result of the collection.
How does it work with other modules and systems?
The collected amount is posted automatically to the Customer Account Management and Collection modules, and commission is calculated from the customer-account-based definitions in the Payment Gateway module. It works integrated with payment institutions such as iyzico, PayTR, and Sipay; the collection record is transferred to your ERP/accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, Netsis, and Paraşüt.
How do I track whether a payment link has been collected?
You monitor each link's status (sent, viewed, paid, failed, expired) live. The moment a payment occurs, it is posted to the relevant dealer and end customer account; for failed attempts, you can resend the link or create a new one.
