The B2BPro Collection Management module manages the term receivables of companies that sell wholesale and to dealers. You see each dealer's due and overdue balance on a single screen, send automated reminders before and after the payment date, deliver a payment link the dealer can pay with a single tap, and automatically match incoming collections to the customer account. Collections no longer depend on one person's manual follow-up; overdue receivables and DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) decline.
The module works on the same data as B2BPro's Customer Account Management, Bank Account Integrations, Payment Gateway, and Dealer Payment Link modules; it integrates with your bank, payment institution (iyzico, PayTR, Sipay), and ERP/accounting (Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, Paraşüt) systems. The accounting team handles reconciliation, the sales team handles field collections, and the finance team handles cash-flow forecasting; everyone sees the same up-to-date balance. All operations are carried out in compliance with KVKK (Turkey's data protection law), PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and 3D Secure standards.

See overdue receivables before they happen
All customer account balances are grouped in an aging table by due date: today, 1-7 days, 8-30 days, and 30+ days overdue. Receivables that are approaching their due date or already overdue are listed with color coding, and dealers who exceed their risk limit are flagged. You decide which collection to prioritize based on data, not guesswork.
Reminders go out automatically
Reminders triggered by due date are sent automatically via SMS, email, and WhatsApp. You define rules such as a pre-due notification, a payment link on the due date, and escalating warnings once overdue. The dealer's current balance and a payment link are added to every message; there is no need to call or message each one individually.
Instant collection with a one-tap payment link
Every reminder includes a secure payment link the dealer can use to pay by credit card or wire transfer. The link works through your integrated payment institution with 3D Secure. As soon as the dealer pays, the collection is posted to the customer account and the balance is updated without waiting for your approval.
Bank and payment collections match automatically
Bank account transactions and payment institution activity are monitored live; incoming wire transfers/EFT and virtual POS collections are automatically matched to the relevant customer account. Unmatched records are gathered in a reconciliation queue; closing open invoices and offsetting are done from a single screen. At the end of the day, there is no "collected but not posted" gap.
Fully reconciled data flow to your ERP
Every collection and offset is transferred bidirectionally to your ERP/accounting system, such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, or Paraşüt. The customer account balance in B2BPro stays continuously reconciled with the balance in accounting; the month-end reconciliation statement is shared with the dealer in a single tap, eliminating manual data entry and the risk of duplicate records.

Frequently asked questions
How do I set up automated collection reminders?
You define trigger rules based on the due date: for example, a notification 3 days before the due date, a message with a payment link on the due date, and overdue warnings 5 and 15 days after. For each rule you specify the channel (SMS, email, WhatsApp), the message template, and the send time. The system automatically adds each dealer's current balance and payment link to the message and sends it at the scheduled time. You can also apply different setups by customer account or risk group.

How does collection reconciliation work with the other modules and your bank/ERP?
Collection Management works on the balance in the Customer Account Management module. Bank Account Integrations feed in incoming wire transfers/EFT live, while the Payment Gateway module feeds in virtual POS collections; these records are automatically matched to the relevant customer account. Unmatched ones drop into the reconciliation queue and are closed manually. All resulting collection and offset transactions are transferred bidirectionally to ERP/accounting systems such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt, keeping the two systems continuously reconciled.
How do you collect with a dealer payment link, and how is it different from the Dealer Payment Link module?
The payment link within Collection Management is added to reminders so the dealer can pay their own balance; the dealer taps the link and pays by credit card or wire transfer, and the collection is posted to the customer account instantly. The standalone Dealer Payment Link module, on the other hand, is a separate scenario that lets the dealer collect from their own end customer and reflects that transaction back to you. Both use the same integrated payment infrastructure and 3D Secure security.
How are field collections reflected in this module?
Teams using the Field Sales module record the cash, check, or card collections they take during a visit from the mobile app. These collections are immediately applied to the customer account balance in Collection Management, and the aging table and reconciliation are updated. The head office and the field see the same up-to-date receivables data, with no duplicate records or delayed posting.
