Warehouse Management

Inventory, multi-warehouse, shipment, and stocktaking processes.

With B2BPro Warehouse Management, companies selling wholesale and to dealers track their stock in real time at the multi-warehouse and shelf level. From a single screen, you see which warehouse and shelf each product is in, which lot or serial number it carries, and how much is on hand. Stock is reserved the moment a dealer places an order, preventing overselling and the risk of undeliverable orders.

You manage picking, dispatch waybills, inter-warehouse transfers, and periodic or partial stocktaking through the module. You perform stocktaking by scanning shelves with a handheld terminal or mobile device, approve the resulting discrepancies, and automatically transfer these movements to your integrated ERP/accounting system such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, or Paraşüt. It is suitable for sectors that require expiration date or serial tracking, such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, electronics, and spare parts.

What you gain with Warehouse Management

Multi-warehouse and shelf addressing

Define your central warehouse, branches, dealers, and consignment points as separate warehouses, keeping stock by shelf/location within each one. Because the picking team sees the product's exact shelf address, preparation time is reduced and incorrect shipments decline.

Lot and serial number tracking

Keep lot/serial records on inbound, outbound, and shipment. Apply FEFO/FIFO shipment rules based on expiration date. By tracing a batch backward, you manage product recall and warranty processes within seconds.

Shipment and inter-warehouse transfer

Picking lists and dispatch waybills are generated automatically for approved orders. You track inter-warehouse transfers through departure and receipt steps, viewing in-transit stock accurately even at the intermediate stage.

Mobile stocktaking and automatic discrepancy correction

You perform periodic or partial stocktaking by scanning shelves with a handheld terminal/mobile device. The system instantly lists the difference between recorded stock and the physical count; the discrepancies you approve are posted to accounting and ERP as correction movements.

Real-time stock reservation at order time

Stock is reserved the moment a dealer places an order, so the same product is not committed to two dealers at once. When stock drops to a critical level, a warning appears on the order screen, preventing overselling and the customer loss caused by cancellations.

Shipment by expiration date (FEFO/FIFO)

Apply FEFO/FIFO shipment rules based on lot and expiration date; products nearing their expiry go out first, reducing waste.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I carry out an inter-warehouse transfer?

You select the source and destination warehouses, then create a transfer slip by entering the products and quantities to be transferred. When the goods leave, the stock moves to in-transit status; once the destination warehouse receives and scans them, they are automatically added to the destination stock. Goods in transit are never counted twice in any warehouse, and the stock remains accurate even at the intermediate stage.

Which companies need lot and serial tracking?

It is needed by sectors with expiration dates such as food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, supplements, and chemicals, as well as companies that track warranties/serial numbers such as electronics, spare parts, and white goods. B2BPro records the expiration date at the lot level and the individual product at the serial level. In a recall or warranty inquiry, you can instantly report which dealer the relevant batch was shipped to.

How do I manage stock discrepancies found during stocktaking?

During stocktaking, each shelf is scanned and the physical quantity is entered; the system compares it with the recorded stock and shows shortages and overages in a discrepancy list. When an authorized user reviews and approves the discrepancies, B2BPro automatically creates a stock surplus/shortage movement, and this correction is also reflected in your integrated ERP or accounting system. If you wish, you can lock the relevant warehouse to movements during the stocktaking process.

How does the warehouse module work with orders, shipping, and ERP?

Every order approved in the Order & Sales module automatically creates a stock reservation and picking list from the warehouse. When the shipment is completed, stock is deducted and a delivery is opened with carriers such as Yurtiçi, Aras, and MNG through the Shipping Integrations module. Simultaneously, it works in two-way sync with Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, or Paraşüt; stock balances and waybills remain consistent across both systems.

Can I track dealer warehouses or consignment stock?

Yes. Each dealer or consignment point is defined as a separate warehouse; shipments made to it and sales made from it are posted to stock. You see the remaining quantity at your dealer, the sales velocity, and when replenishment is needed. In consignment sales, since ownership remains with you, the invoice is issued as the sale occurs and stock is deducted accordingly.
