The B2BPro Field Sales Module brings the on-the-ground work of your field sales reps and sales representatives together in a single mobile app. During a customer visit, your team sees real-time stock and account balances, creates orders aligned with the price list, collects payments that are due on site, and completes the day's route. The app runs on a phone or tablet and keeps working even where there is no internet connection; once connectivity returns, all data is automatically synchronized with the central system.

How are orders taken in the field sales app?
The representative selects the customer in the app; the price list assigned to that account and real-time stock appear automatically. When they add products and create an order, the order flows simultaneously into the B2BPro Order & Sales Management module, stock is reserved, and it enters the approval flow. If there is no internet, the order is stored on the device and sent automatically once connectivity returns.

How is an on-site collection posted to accounting and the customer account?
Cash, check, or card/payment link collections taken by the field representative are posted to the relevant customer account instantly and the balance is updated. The collection appears at the same time in the B2BPro Collection and Customer Account Management modules; it is also transferred via your ERP/accounting integration (Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP, etc.), so you avoid duplicate records and reconciliation gaps.
How does offline operation work — is there any data loss?
In locations without internet, the app continues to work with all its core functions; created orders, visit records, and collections are stored securely on the device. When connectivity returns, the data is automatically synchronized with the central system, conflict checks are performed, and no record is ever lost.
How does the Field Sales Module work with other B2BPro modules and systems?
The module does not work on its own but as part of the platform: orders connect to Order & Sales, collections to Collection and Customer Account, and stock control to the Warehouse module. On the payment side, payment institutions (iyzico, PayTR, Sipay) and 3D Secure come into play, while on the back end ERP/accounting (Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, Paraşüt) and bank integrations are engaged. The entire flow is compliant with KVKK (Turkey's data protection law), PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.
