Cargo Integrations
Automated shipping with Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, Sürat, and PTT.
With the B2BPro Cargo Integrations module, you manage shipping for your dealer and wholesale orders from a single screen. It works directly with your contracted carriers (Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, Sürat, PTT, and others); from an approved order, it creates a shipment in one click, generates the barcode and shipping label automatically, and writes the tracking number back to the order. You no longer have to enter data manually in the carrier's separate panel, copy tracking numbers, or deal with returns caused by wrong addresses or incorrect dimensional weight.
The module was built for wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers that ship to large numbers of dealers. Your shipping, e-commerce, or operations teams define rules for which carrier is assigned to which order and under what conditions; they print labels in bulk throughout the day and monitor the status of every shipment (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered, returned) from a single list. Because the shipping process runs alongside the order, customer account, and warehouse data inside B2BPro, you do not need a separate shipping tool outside your sales and collection processes.
What you gain with Cargo Integrations
One-click shipment creation
Recipient, address, dimensional weight, and contents are transferred automatically from the approved order to the carrier shipment, so you create the shipment in a single click. There is no need to re-enter the same information in the carrier's separate panel, which reduces shipping errors and turnaround time.
Automatic barcode and shipping label
A barcode and a printable shipping label are generated automatically for every shipment. You can print instantly on a thermal printer and prepare the day's orders all at once with bulk labeling.
Automatic shipment tracking
The tracking number is posted to the order; shipment status (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered, returned) is updated automatically from the carrier. You monitor every shipment from a single list, without your dealer having to ask about their delivery.
Multiple carriers and rule-based routing
Define several contracted carriers at the same time, then set rules for which order ships with which carrier based on region, dimensional weight, weight, or customer account. You can route orders automatically to the most cost-effective carrier according to your negotiated rates.
In the same place as orders, warehouse, and customer accounts
The shipping process works in integration with the order, warehouse, and customer account data inside B2BPro. Stock deductions and order status advance simultaneously during shipping; you do not need to copy data into a separate shipping program.
Shipping cost and performance reporting
Report shipping costs and delivery times by carrier, region, and shipment; choose the most cost-effective carrier based on data.
Frequently asked questions
How do I create a shipment with one click?
When an order is approved, the recipient details, delivery address, contents, and dimensional weight/weight are read automatically from the order. Once you select the carrier you want to ship with and confirm in a single click, B2BPro creates the shipment in that carrier's system, generates the barcode and shipping label, and writes the tracking number to the order. All you have to do is print the label and attach it to the parcel.
Which carriers are supported, and can I use more than one at the same time?
Integration is offered with contracted carriers, primarily Yurtiçi, Aras, MNG, Sürat, and PTT. You can define several carriers at the same time and set rules for which order ships with which carrier based on region, dimensional weight, weight, or customer account. Depending on your needs, you can use a single default carrier or rule-based routing across multiple carriers.
Which companies is this module suitable for?
It is suitable for wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers that ship regularly to large numbers of dealers, customers, or branches. It is aimed in particular at shipping, operations, and e-commerce teams that create high shipment volumes throughout the day and want to stop tracking numbers manually and re-entering data in the carrier's separate panel.
How does it work with the order, warehouse, and collection modules?
The cargo module is fed directly from orders approved in the B2BPro Orders & Sales module; when a shipment is created, the related stock movement and shipment status are updated in the Warehouse module. Tracking and delivery information is posted to the order; for cash-on-delivery or delivery-conditional sales, you can track everything together with the Collection module. Because the process runs on a single platform, you do not need to copy data between modules.
Is cargo status updated automatically, or do I have to enter the tracking number manually?
No manual entry is required. The tracking number is captured automatically when the shipment is created and written to the order; after that, shipment status (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered, returned) is updated automatically from the carrier. You can monitor every shipment from a single list and see delivered and returned shipments instantly.
