Order & Sales Management
Dealer orders, approval workflows, and sales tracking in one place.
With the Order & Sales Management module, you bring together all orders from your dealers on a single screen. Your dealers place orders 365 days a year from the web panel or mobile app, using the up-to-date price lists and stock information assigned to them; you see and manage these orders instantly, without manual data entry and without the phone and WhatsApp traffic. Stock reservation, applied the moment an order is placed, prevents the same product from being committed to two dealers at once.
The module works with multi-stage approval workflows tailored to the way your company operates. Depending on the amount, the dealer's risk limit, or the product group, approval from a sales rep, regional manager, or accounting comes into play. Approved orders flow into warehouse and shipping processes, while sales data flows into real-time reports. Manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains that sell through a dealer network run the entire sales process, from order intake to shipment, in an error-free and traceable way.
What you gain with Order & Sales Management
Web and mobile dealer ordering
Your dealers place orders from the desktop panel or mobile app, using their assigned price list and real-time stock. The manual entry of orders arriving by phone, email, and WhatsApp, along with the errors it creates, is eliminated; order intake runs uninterrupted 365 days a year.
Multi-stage approval workflow
Orders pass through stages such as sales rep, regional manager, and accounting, based on rules you define by amount, dealer risk/credit limit, discount rate, or product group. Orders that exceed limits or carry special pricing are automatically routed for approval, and no order is processed without oversight.
Automatic stock reservation
The moment an order is approved, the relevant product is reserved from warehouse stock. You avoid committing the same product to multiple dealers and the resulting short-shipment and cancellation problems; stock always reflects the actual quantity available for sale.
Order and sales reports
Monitor revenue, order count, average basket, and approval times live, broken down by dealer, region, product, sales rep, and date. View pending, approved, shipped, and canceled orders on a single screen, with no need to export data to Excel to make decisions.
Integrated sales process
An approved order communicates two-way with the Customer Account, Warehouse, Cargo, Discount & Campaign, and Collection modules, and with ERP/accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt. Order, invoice, stock, and customer account activity all advance in a single flow.
Fast reorder
Your dealers repeat past orders with a single click. For frequently purchased products, ordering time is shortened and the risk of missing or incorrect line items is reduced.
Frequently asked questions
How is a dealer order placed and approved?
Your dealer adds products to the cart from the web panel or mobile app, using their assigned price list and current stock, and submits the order. The order is routed to the relevant approval stages according to the rules you set (amount, risk limit, discount, product group). Once approved, stock is reserved, the order moves into the warehouse and shipping process, and sales data is transferred to reports. You track every step from a single screen.
Which companies is this module suitable for?
It is suitable for manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and multi-branch retail chains that sell through dealer and wholesale channels. It is aimed at companies that have many dealers, collect orders by phone, WhatsApp, or email, and want to standardize their approval, stock, and shipment processes. It is also used in sectors that work with broad product catalogs, such as spare parts, industrial, and automotive.
How does Order & Sales Management work with other B2BPro modules?
The module sits at the center of the platform. It reads dealer balance and risk limit from Customer Account Management, pulls customer/channel-based prices from Product & Price Management, and applies Discount & Campaign rules at the moment of ordering. After approval, it reserves stock in Warehouse Management, initiates shipment through Cargo Integrations, and passes due date and payment information to Collection Management. An order does not advance on its own, but together with the entire sales chain.
Does it work integrated with ERP and accounting software?
Yes. A two-way, real-time data flow is established with ERP/accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt. Product, stock, and customer account information is synchronized from the ERP; order and sales records created in B2BPro are automatically transferred to the ERP. The need to enter the same data manually into two separate systems, and the reconciliation errors that result, are eliminated.
Can we customize the approval workflow to fit our own process?
Yes. You define the approval stages and trigger rules according to your own organization. For example, while orders below a certain amount are approved automatically, orders that exceed the risk limit, contain special discounts, or fall within a selected product group are routed to regional manager or accounting approval. At each stage, the approver, date, and notes are recorded; the process remains fully traceable.
