Product & Price Management
Customer- and channel-based price lists with multi-currency support.
With the Product & Price Management module, companies selling wholesale and through dealers manage their product catalog and pricing rules from a single hub. You can set different prices for each dealer, each sales channel, and each region, create unlimited price lists, and work in currencies such as TRY, USD, and EUR with prices calculated automatically against the current exchange rate. It becomes clear which price applies to which customer account, and pricing errors and manual Excel tracking are eliminated.
The module works in integration with B2BPro's Order & Sales, Customer Account, Discount & Campaign, and Dealer Quote modules, so the correct price defined for each customer account is always reflected on the dealer order screen. It establishes two-way synchronization with ERP/accounting software such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt, keeping product and price data up to date in both systems. It is well suited for wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers with a broad dealer network.
What you gain with Product & Price Management
Unlimited multiple price lists
Create as many price lists as you need, such as a standard list, a campaign list, or a contracted-dealer list. Assign each list to specific customer account groups and manage how a product appears at different prices across different lists with a single click.
Customer-, channel-, and region-based pricing
Sell the same product at different prices to different dealers, different sales channels (wholesale, retail, online), and different regions. At the moment of ordering, the price defined for the relevant customer account is applied automatically, eliminating the risk of selling at the wrong price.
Multi-currency support and automatic exchange-rate calculation
Price your products in TRY, USD, or EUR. The sales price is calculated automatically against the current exchange rate, so you do not have to update each product one by one when rates fluctuate.
Bulk price updates
Apply a percentage increase, a fixed-amount increase, or a brand-/category-based bulk update in a single operation. Update the prices of thousands of products within minutes, error-free.
Two-way ERP synchronization
Product cards, stock codes, and prices are synchronized in real time with Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt. You do not maintain data in two separate places, so you avoid duplicate data entry and inconsistencies.
Extensive catalog and variant management
Manage variants such as size, color, and package, along with product attributes and images, in a single catalog so dealers can quickly find the right product.
Frequently asked questions
How do I define a dealer-specific price?
You define it by linking the relevant customer account to a price list or by creating a dedicated price list for that customer account. When the dealer places an order through B2BPro, the prices from the list assigned to them are reflected on their screen automatically. If an exception is needed, you can enter a customer-specific price even for a single product.
How do I perform a bulk price update?
With the bulk update tool, you select a price list, brand, or product category and apply a percentage increase, a fixed-amount addition/subtraction, or a new price assignment all at once. Before confirming the change, you preview the products that will be affected, updating thousands of products within seconds and in a controlled manner.
Which companies is this module suitable for?
It is suitable for wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers selling through dealer channels, and businesses with multi-channel (wholesale/retail/online) sales operating across a broad dealer network. It is especially aimed at companies that set different prices by customer account, channel, or region and struggle to track their prices in Excel.
How does currency-based pricing work?
You price the product in a foreign currency such as USD or EUR, and the sales price is calculated automatically as the TRY equivalent using the defined exchange rate. When the rate changes, you do not update products one by one, so companies selling imported or currency-indexed products keep their prices at their true value.
How does it integrate with the other modules and with the ERP?
The prices defined here provide the core data for the Order & Sales, Customer Account, Discount & Campaign, and Dealer Quote modules; the correct price is applied automatically on dealer order and quote screens, and campaign discounts are calculated on top of this price. Two-way synchronization with ERP/accounting systems such as Logo, Mikro, SAP, Netsis, Nebim, and Paraşüt keeps product and price data up to date on both sides.
