Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

This agreement is concluded electronically between B2BPro Yazılım ("Seller") and the customer purchasing the service ("Buyer").

Subject of the agreement

It covers the rights and obligations regarding the electronic sale and delivery of the B2BPro software services offered by the Seller.

Right of withdrawal

For digital services, statutory exceptions regarding the use of the right of withdrawal apply once performance of the service has begun.
